CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICY To ensure a seamless and elevated experience for every client, a valid card on file is required to secure all appointments. A non-refundable deposit is also required to reserve your appointment. Cancellations & No-Shows Because each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, last-minute cancellations prevent me from offering that time to another client. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. • 72+ hours before your appointment: No cancellation fee. • Within 72 hours: A 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. • Within 24 hours of scheduled service time: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service will be charged, in addition to forfeiting your non-refundable deposit. I completely understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen. If an emergency or unexpected situation arises, please reach out as soon as possible. Each situation will be taken into thoughtful consideration. Late Arrivals Please notify me as soon as possible if you anticipate running late. • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. • Arrivals exceeding 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the appointment due to scheduling constraints. • If your appointment must be canceled due to excessive lateness, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and the applicable fee will be charged. Policy Acknowledgment By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. Failure to review the cancellation policy does not exempt clients from applicable fees. Thank you for respecting my time and allowing me the opportunity to provide the best experience possible for every client. 🤍
